Zumba fitness is the most fun, energetic, feel-good workout that I have ever come across and the easy -to-follow Latin inspired moves and beats help to create a great party atmosphere!
Come and join us for some exercise in disguise... just bring water and a smile! (although if you don't bring a smile, we'll make sure you leave with one!)
All fitness levels and beginners very welcome (age 18+)

Just wanted to let you know that we raised over £2000 for ALK+ lung cancer charity yesterday!!
It was an amazing event!!

After high demand we are delighted to be adding a weeknight option for some of our most popular P1-3 styles to the timetable in our brand new venue, aswell as offering P4-7 classes in the same location and introducing a brand new P4-7 drama class These classes are the perfect combo for siblings meaning you parents can send the kids into dancing at the same time to enjoy some much needed time to yourselfand even better, we offer sibling and multiple class discounts too!
