Zumba fitness is the most fun, energetic, feel-good workout that I have ever come across and the easy -to-follow Latin inspired moves and beats help to create a great party atmosphere!
Come and join us for some exercise in disguise... just bring water and a smile! (although if you don't bring a smile, we'll make sure you leave with one!)
All fitness levels and beginners very welcome (age 18+)
